The service was friendly, and the food quite good. We ordered from the menu, but they also have very reasonably priced buffet. The hot and sour soup was excellent, and the sesame tofu was tasty. Had something else on the menu I hadn't seen before -- an American Chinese restaurant version of surf-and-turf, Dragon & Phoenix. Took an order of hot, sugary donuts to go, too. Yum!

Food and service were great. We were traveling from NC to Indiana and found China Wok on YELP. Clean and well organized. Would definitely stop again.

The restaurant is dirty... the floor didn't look like it has been vacuumed in awhile. The paint is chipping off the walls. The buffet did keep the food hot but it did not taste fresh. The food tastes like it has been sitting there for days. If you want good Chinese food go to Peking in Wytheville.

As with any buffet of any type, some items are better than others. The Sesame Chicken was seasoned well and very tender. I was reluctant on Black Pepper Chicken as I had not tried it before. Other reviews said it was just right. It was excellent. The other highlight was the Fried Won Tons. Small and packed with flavor and not a lot of grease. Service was over the top, very friendly staff. All items were stocked in a timely manner and fresh. So many items there were many I didn't have room for.

I went to this restaurant on New Year's Day. I took my 3 kids here to eat after visiting my father in the nearby hospital. It seemed like your average Chinese buffet restaurant. The only thing that was a bit weird was the spring rolls, they were filled with some kind of a bread stuffing instead of the usual cabbage and vegetables. They had all the usual selections you might find such as fried rice, lo mein noodles, cheese wonton (excellent), chicken and broccoli, sesame chicken, etc.
For myself and 3 kids, ages 15, 5 and 3 the bill was $37. It was a little high in my opinion.
